Patriot Energy Brokers is an independent, licensed Texas energy broker operating under license number BR260049, issued by the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT). Patriot Energy Brokers is not a retail electric provider, utility company, or affiliate of any electricity or natural gas supplier.

Mike Garcia operates Patriot Energy Brokers as an independent contractor. He is not an employee or representative of any energy supplier, and his compensation is paid by suppliers — not by clients.

3. Nature of Services

The information and services provided through this Site are intended to help Texas homeowners and businesses understand the deregulated energy market and explore their electricity and natural gas options.

Patriot Energy Brokers does not:
- Guarantee specific rates, savings amounts, or contract terms
- Make binding commitments on behalf of any retail electric provider or natural gas supplier
- Guarantee uninterrupted access to the energy market or specific suppliers

All rate quotes, proposals, and energy plan recommendations are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable retail electric provider or natural gas supplier. No energy contract is binding until signed by the client and accepted by the supplier.

4. No Guarantee of Savings

While Patriot Energy Brokers works diligently to identify competitive rates for clients, no specific savings amount is guaranteed unless explicitly stated in a written proposal. References to average savings figures on this Site (such as "$600+ average annual residential savings") are based on general market data and client experience and may not reflect results for every individual client.

Actual savings depend on individual usage patterns, current market conditions, contract terms, and other factors outside the control of Patriot Energy Brokers.

5. Information Accuracy

Patriot Energy Brokers makes reasonable efforts to ensure the information on this Site is accurate and current. However, energy market conditions, rates, regulations, and supplier availability change frequently. Information provided on this Site — including educational content in the Education Hub — is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any energy purchasing decision.

Always confirm current rates, terms, and availability directly with your chosen retail electric provider before signing any contract.

    Consent to being contacted by Patriot Energy Brokers via phone, email, or text message regarding your energy inquiry
  • Acknowledge that submission of a form does not create a binding agreement or obligation on either party
  • Understand that any energy bill or usage data you voluntarily upload is used solely to assist in preparing a rate review and will not be shared with third parties without your consent

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, copy, graphics, logos, images, and the Patriot Energy Brokers brand identity — is the property of Patriot Energy Brokers or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content from this Site without prior written permission from Patriot Energy Brokers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Patriot Energy Brokers, its owner, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Any energy contract entered into based on information or recommendations from this Site

Patriot Energy Brokers' total liability for any claim arising from use of this Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of this Site shall be resolved in Harris County, Texas. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Harris County, Texas for the resolution of any such disputes.

13. Changes to These Terms

Patriot Energy Brokers reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
